Preserving The Legacy of Fine Art Film Photography

The Art
In addition to having technical knowledge of subjects such as lighting and the use of lenses, fine art photographers need artistic talent and creativity.
True Masters of the art form strictly use only traditional film and manual camera equipment.Skills like metering, rating, and pushing film (and how that all works together) is extremely different to digital photography and can be hard for most photographers, not trained in these methods, or trained by a Master fine art film photographer or specialist.
True Master's also don't adhere to the use of modern language and "the digital age" of interpretations of their craft.
They are not "analog" but defined as Master fine art film photographers or fine art film photographers (depending on their knowledge, experience and value in the art markets).
The work doesn't stop there either. Master and Fine Art Film Photographer's process their own film and print their own work in ensuring the process is absolutely unique from the composition, photographing of the subject to the final print.
For the true photography collector, this ensures that they are the owner of an original fine art photographic print, even if it is printed as a limited edition run of 10 or less, the print will still be individual.
